The Lujiang Materials Base was established in Lujiang in 2015 and is dedicated to the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of cathode and anode materials for lithium-ion batteries. Currently, the base oversees two subsidiaries: Hefei Gotion Battery Materials Co., Ltd. and Hefei Gotion Kehong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Hefei Gotion Battery Materials Co., Ltd. currently boasts an annual production capacity of 42,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate (LFP), 10,000 tons of ternary materials, 5,000 tons of silicon-carbon anodes, and 1,000 tons of lithium titanate. Lujiang Gotion Battery
Gotion New Energy (Lujiang) Co., Ltd. was established in May 2017. Upon the full completion and ramp-up to full production capacity of the entire project, it will provide supporting capacity for 100 GWh of power batteries, with an estimated annual output value of approximately 20 billion RMB.
This project aims to establish a production base for new energy battery materials, thereby enhancing Feidong County's industrial competitiveness and leadership in green development, while creating a new landmark for "national new energy industry clusters."
Jiangxi Gotion
Jiangxi Gotion New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gotion High-Tech. It officially established its operations within the Yichun Economic and Technological Development Zone in March 2021. The company primarily engages in the development of mineral resources, extraction of lithium carbonate, manufacturing and packaging (PACK) of lithium-ion batteries, and the development of energy storage systems, thereby building a comprehensive, full-spectrum industrial chain for power batteries.
Yichun Gotion Battery Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Jiangxi Gotion. **Tongcheng Gotion**
Tongcheng Gotion New Energy Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by Gotion High-Tech in Tongcheng, Anhui Province. It was designated as a major investment attraction project for Anqing City in 2021. Founded in October 2021, the company is situated at No. 1 Longchi Road within the Tongcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone. The company's primary business scope encompasses the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of lithium-ion batteries and battery packs. **Wuhai Gotion**
The Integrated Production Line Project for Lithium-ion Battery Anode Materials (with an annual output of 400,000 tons) is located within the Wuhai Low-Carbon Industrial Park in Inner Mongolia, covering a planned area of approximately 2,200 mu. The project is designed to be supported by ancillary facilities—including a 60,000-ton-per-year calcined semi-graphite boxboard facility and a 120,000-ton-per-year calcined petroleum coke facility—and is scheduled for full completion by 2026. Concurrently, the project incorporates a 2,000 MW photovoltaic power generation and energy storage system integrated with ecological restoration initiatives, providing a dedicated supply of green electricity for the anode material production. Upon full completion, this facility will become the world's first "zero-carbon" anode material production base, projected to generate an annual output value exceeding 16 billion RMB.
**Liuzhou Gotion**

With a total investment of 1.5 billion RMB and covering an area of 206 mu, the facility was constructed to produce 2 GWh of power batteries (Lithium Iron Phosphate) annually. The project was executed in two phases, both of which have been completed and are now fully operational.
In 2018, Nanjing Gotion Battery Co., Ltd. invested in and established Nanjing Gotion New Energy Co., Ltd. This project involved a total investment of 3 billion RMB, covered an area of 207 mu, and established a production line capable of manufacturing 6 GWh of power batteries annually; this facility successfully commenced operations at the end of 2020.
In 2021, Gotion High-Tech invested in and established Jiangsu Gotion New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Covering an area of 484 mu, this facility was constructed to house a power battery production line with an annual capacity of 20 GWh, along with all necessary supporting infrastructure. Tangshan Gotion
