1.What are your trade terms and payment terms?
A:We welcome most of the regular trade terms, such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, etc.
Normally we would insist a Min. 30% advance payment to effect your order, and the balance 70% must be settled after your acceptance of the finished products and before delivery.

A:Yes, generally we will provide three-year warranty for all battery packs we offer. However, buyers can request longer warranty period before placing orders.
